Our lab is located directly across from the Georgia Tech Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN). This facility houses and operates the shared user laboratories – three state of the art clean rooms (two inorganic and one organic) and an advanced materials characterization suite. In these facilities, there is a vast variety of tools for advanced device, microstructure, and circuit fabrication.
