Molecular Beam Epitaxy

CVD

The Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) machine was built on a custom design for GTRI. The MBE machine can also be equipted to sputter.
The MBE is used for inorganic deposition because of its line of sight deposition, and the controll it provides over grain size, monolayer growth and doping.
